The 4×4 February Cooking Challenge Meal Planning Guide

Are you joining me for the February Cooking Challenge?  Let’s get started by by doing some meal planning!

The 4x4 February Cooking Challenge Meal Planning Guide

I’m so excited to get this cooking challenge under way!  It starts Monday, February 5th, but if you’re just catching up, pop over here for all of the details AND make sure you enter for your chance to win an Instant Pot.  But hurry, the giveaway ends Monday, February 5th.

I think the most important thing to making this challenge successful, is to make sure you have a meal plan in place every week.  That way you can get all of your grocery shopping done in one trip and you don’t have to worry about what’s for dinner.  You already know!  You’ll also have planned for those nights that you’re going to go out for dinner or order takeout.

To help you out, I’ve got this printable meal planner.   You can use this to plan out your meals each week.  I’ve been meal planning for a few weeks now and it has made my life so much easier.  In the past, if I had a busy day and hadn’t thought about dinner, it was likely that we would go out or order pizza.  With a meal plan in place, even on the busiest of days, I don’t have to worry about what’s for dinner.  I just look at my meal plan and I know I already have the ingredients on hand.

To help you get started, I’ve put together a list of recipes that will help you get your meal planning going.  I’ve got everything from quick and easy weeknight meals to recipes that take a little more time and are perfect for weekend cooking.  I’ve also included a section of recipes that are great to make ahead on the weekend to have on hand to help you get dinner on the table on those crazy busy weeknights.

I’ll be posting lots of yummy recipes during February to keep you motivated and give you plenty of meal ideas.  Make sure you sign up for our emails so you don’t miss a single post.  Now, let’s do this!!

Hi Lisa,

I really want to participate in this challenge but I will be out of town for one week during it. I'm guessing this may be a problem? Let me know your thoughts.

Thanks, Wanda
