Summer Menu Round-Up #5 – Main Dish Salads

During the summer months, I think that main dish salads are perfect for dinnertime.  They are often quick and easy to make and involve little or no cooking, which is great because that helps to keep both you and your kitchen cool.

For today’s round-up, I’ve put together a list of some of my favorite summertime salads.  They’re all hearty enough for dinner and they’re all so easy to make.  You could even pack most of these up and take along on your next picnic in the park.
