French Onion Dip

French Onion Dip and Chips are a Perfect Combo

What goes better with potato chips than French onion dip? Um…..nothing.

Even my husband, who typically doesn’t like creamy dips or sauces loves this creamy dip. Any time you have a party, a creamy dip is always a must.

Potato chips are my favorite to pair with this onion dip, but raw veggies of any kind would be a great healthy alternative to the chips. That way you can enjoy the caramelized onion flavor and the creaminess of the dip guilt-free.

French Onion Dip

Easy to Mąkę. Delicious to Eat.

Now I know you can easily go to the store and buy onion dip already made, but making your own is not that difficult and it’s SOOO much tastier.

It’s even easier to make if you make a big batch of caramelized onions in the Instant Pot. Just combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and you’re ready to go.

I would recommend keeping the ingredients on hand, especially during the holidays. The caramelized onions store beautifully in the freezer. It works best to portion them off in zip-loc bags in 1/2 or 1 cup portions.

With all of the ingredients on hand, you can quickly whip up this dip if friends or family stop over unexpectedly. You’ll easily have something ready so everyone can have a little something to munch on.

Make this dip for your next party and I guarantee there won’t be any left!
