This is a recipe that I’ve been making for years, but it’s definitely one that has stood the test of time. My family loves it now just as much as they did back in the day when I first started making it.

So… what is this recipe of which I speak? It’s an easy deep dish pizza casserole. It’s easy because it starts out with a crust made with crescent rolls. Then you make a quick sauce with ground beef and tomato sauce, layer it with some cheese over the crescent rolls and pop it in the oven.
Easy…right? You could make this even quicker by assembling the dish earlier in the day. Then at dinnertime all you have to do is bake it.
The other great thing about this casserole is that it’s totally customizable. Try adding some more veggies, like green pepper and mushrooms or add some diced pepperoni and green olives. Whatever your family likes.
Serve it with a tossed salad and you have a yummy, satisfying dinner!
