A Fabulous Mother’s Day Brunch
It’s hard to believe, but Mother’s Day is just 2 1/2 weeks away. If you’re planning on hosting a get-together now’s the time to start planning.
It’s always fun to go out for brunch on Mother’s Day, but you have to make reservations far in advance and it can be really pricey. Brunch at home can be much more affordable, plus a lot more relaxing, especially since I have a menu that, for the most part, can be made ahead of time. That way you can enjoy the party as well!
So here we go with a fabulous Mother’s Day Brunch:
Sliced Strawberries, Pineapple and Grapes
Scrambled Eggs
Sausage and Asparagus Brunch Casserole
(Almost) No-Bake Lemon Cream Pie
Coffee
Orange Juice
ENJOY!

Thanks, Terra! 🙂
The idea of making most of the brunch dishes ahead of time is a game changer! It allows you to enjoy the gathering without being stuck in the kitchen. The sausage and asparagus casserole sounds particularly delicious; I can imagine how flavorful it must be. Hosting a brunch can be a bit overwhelming, but with a little planning, it can turn into a delightful experience.
