Thursday's Recipe Rerun

I have been baking bread like a crazy women this week. I hadn’t made any in quite some time and I really missed having fresh baked bread in the house. So I went crazy and made sandwich rolls, English muffin bread and dough for pizza….WHEW…..but YAY, now we’ve got lots of bread in the house!

Having said all that, I thought it would be perfect to share some of my favorite bread recipes for this week’s Recipe Rerun. If you’ve never made bread from scratch, I encourage you to give it a try. It’s really not that hard to make, in fact, some recipes are incredibly easy. Fresh baked bread tastes so amazing and your house smells amazing while it’s baking!

This English Muffin Bread is probably the easiest bread you’ll ever make. It requires no kneading, you just mix the ingredients together, put the dough in loaf pans and let it rise. Then you bake it and the result is a bread that’s perfect for toasting!

This Homemade Artisan Bread is another bread that’s incredibly easy to make. It doesn’t require any kneading either and the recipe makes enough for four loaves of bread. After the dough rises, you store it in the fridge for up to 2 weeks and you can quickly bake a loaf of bread any day of the week. It also is great dough for pizza crust!

Finally, these Homemade Sandwich Rolls are amazing! They’re a little more work to make because you do have to knead the dough, but they turn out perfectly every time. They have a very tender crumb and they are slightly crispy on the outside. They’re absolutely delicious and perfect for all kinds of sandwiches.
