It’s that wonderful time of year where we’re all busy with holiday preparations and celebrations. There’s decorating, shopping, baking and entertaining. It’s a special time for spending with family and friends, but it can also become a little overwhelming trying to get everything done.
I can’t help you get your shopping done, but I can help make your entertaining a little easier with Klement’s Sausage. Have you ever tried their sausage? If you have, you know how delicious it is, and if you haven’t, you’re definitely are going to want to try it. Klement’s sausage is perfect for celebrating the holidays as well as life’s everyday moments with friends and family.
Klement’s has a delicious variety of summer sausage as well as snack sticks and fully cooked bratwurst, polish sausage and Italian sausage. Their sausage has been handcrafted by three generations of artisans and is naturally hardwood smoked using leaner, more premium meats. If you’re entertaining, Klement’s summer sausage and snack sticks are a perfect addition to any meat and cheese board and the fully cooked sausage is great for making quick family dinners on busy nights. It’s sausage that links people together.
If you’re not familiar with Klement’s, it’s a 60 year old company, started in Milwaukee and was built on European Tradition. The roots of the Klement Sausage Company can be traced back several generations to central Europe where sausage-making is knitted tightly into the fabric of the community and where techniques and recipes were handed down through the Klement family. The sausage is made using old world recipes and is produced in small batches. The result is sausage that has a most delicious taste.
All of Klement’s sausage is made with all natural ingredients, which means a delicious, rich flavor, making it perfect in any recipe. I love all of Klement’s summer sausage, but I thought the garlic summer sausage would have the perfect flavor for these preztel bun sliders. These are a scrumptious appetizer for any holiday party and they’re so easy to make.
The pretzel bun sliders start with a delicious apricot mustard spread that takes no time to whip up and is followed with slices of Klement’s garlic summer sausage and manchego cheese. After brushing the tops of the buns with melted butter and sprinkling with coarse salt, the sliders bake in the oven until they’re warm and the cheese is melted. Easy, right? I guarantee, any guests will love these, so you may want to make a double batch.
