I’m really excited about this sorbet. It’s so refreshing, it’s just bursting with fresh strawberry flavor and just a hint of basil to keep it from being too sweet, a perfect treat to cool you off on a hot summer day.
The was my first attempt at sorbet and I found it to be so easy to make. What I learned was that it’s really a method, so you can switch this up to be whatever flavor you want, just keep the proportions the same. I see so many different flavor combinations like, blueberry mint or maybe just straight up raspberry. Use your creativity and see what you can dream up!
