Mini Pretzel Dogs with Apricot Mustard Dip

An easy apricot mustard dip takes these homemade Mini Pretzel Dogs over-the-top.

These lovely, tasty morsels of soft pretzel and smoked sausage are enhanced by a tangy apricot mustard dip!

KEY INGREDIENTS

- Pizza dough - Mini smoked sausages - Apricot jam - Spicy brown mustard - Balsamic vinegar

Wrap each sausage in pizza dough and dip in boiling baking soda water for 10-20 seconds
