INGREDIENTS

– loaf sourdough bread – butter – breakfast sausage – onion – celery – chicken broth

Have a preheated oven ready at 400 degrees. Spread sourdough bread cubes out in a single layer on a large rimmed baking sheet (you will need two of them).
