Chocolate Bundt Cake with Rich Hot Fudge Sauce

You know there doesn’t need to be a special occasion or birthday party to justify baking a cake, right!? A delicious, moist cake is a welcome dessert any time of the year.

I was craving something sweet and it had to be something chocolate. So, I thought a decadent chocolate bundt cake with rich hot fudge sauce would be just the thing!

KEY INGREDIENTS

- Flour - Sugar - Semi-sweet chocolate chips - Fat free yogurt - Instant coffee granules - Evaporated fat free milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and combine cake ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Pour batter into prepared 6" bundt pan or 8" round pan. Bake for 30-45 minutes. Cool cake in pan for 10 minutes, then remove onto cake plate.

1

Melt chocolate chips, milk and butter in a small sauce pan. Then bring to a bubble and whisk constantly. Continue cooking at a gentle bubble, whisking constantly until mixture thickens to a sauce consistency (3-5 minutes).

2

Remove fudge sauce from heat. The chocolate mixture will continue to thicken as it cools. Slice cake and top slices with warm fudge sauce.
