Pumpkin Dump Cake

This Pumpkin Dump Cake is no exception. You mix a couple of things together and literally dump it into a cake pan, pop it in the oven, and out comes a wonderfully delicious fall dessert. 

After I made this, I was not disappointed. It’s so delicious! It’s a little crunchy on the top and  the pumpkin layer is nice and creamy.

INGREDIENTS

– pumpkin puree – sweetened condensed milk – eggs – pumpkin pie spice – cake mix – butter

Whisk together pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs and 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice.

Pour mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish that’s been coated with cooking spray or butter. Sprinkle cake mix evenly over the top of the pumpkin mixture.

Whisk remaining teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice into the melted butter. Pour butter evenly over the top of the cake mix.
