Indian Chicken Curry

No need to go out for Indian food when you can make this Indian Chicken Curry right in your own kitchen.

It’s rich and flavorful with just the right amount of heat. It will make the curry lovers in your house very happy.

INGREDIENTS

– ghee (clarified butter) – boneless chicken thighs – red onion – carrot – garlic – curry powder – garam masala

Heat 1 tbsp ghee over medium high heat in a large skillet or pot.

Season chicken with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper.

Brown chicken in batches, about 3 minutes per side. Remove each batch from pan and set aside.
