Make Your Own Takeout: Pork Lo Mein

Dinner is on the table in minutes with this easy Pork Lo Mein. It uses leftover pork and vegetables that you probably already have on hand.

It doesn’t have to take a lot of time and you can control the quality of the ingredients you use and the amount of sodium that you add.

INGREDIENTS

– vegetable oil – sesame oil – green onions – red bell pepper – shredded carrots – pork – lo mein noodles

Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in wok or large skillet over high heat.

Add red pepper, carrots, green onion, garlic and ginger.
