Weeknight Broccoli Shrimp Stir Fry

Weeknight Broccoli Shrimp Stir Fry is an easy 30 minute one pan wonder. You’ll be amazed at how quickly it comes together along with it’s incredible fresh flavor.

I served this stir fry over rice and to make it really easy, I used pre-cooked frozen rice. You could also use a pre-cooked shelf stable rice packet to keep things easy.

INGREDIENTS

– shrimp – cornstarch – green onions – broccoli florets – bell pepper – soy sauce

With a paper towel, blot shrimp dry and place in a medium bowl.

Sprinkle shrimp with cornstarch, tossing to coat.
