Tomato Bruschetta on Crostini and a Guest Post

I am super excited today to being doing a guest post at my friend Carrie’s blog –  Carrie’s Experimental Kitchen.  If you haven’t been to Carrie’s blog before, you really need to stop by and check it out.  She is very talented in the kitchen.  She writes recipes that are both healthy and easy to prepare, using lots of fresh ingredients and always taste fabulous!  She also has a cookbook coming out soon titled  Carrie’s Experimental Kitchen: A Collection of Mediterranean Inspired Family Meals.

The recipe that I’m sharing today on Carrie’s blog is a great summertime recipe and it’s one of my family’s favorites.  It’s tomato bruschetta on crostini and it tastes so fabulous when it’s made with summer’s fresh tomatoes.

This appetizer is so easy to make, it comes together quickly and has just a few ingredients, but is packed with fresh flavor.  It’s a great crowd pleaser,  so perfect to make anytime you’re entertaining!
