Summer Menu Round-up #2

A lot of times, I like to keep dinner simple in the summer.  I’d much rather be outside enjoying the warm weather than in the kitchen spending a lot of time preparing a big meal.  That’s when sandwiches and a simple side can be just the answer for an easy dinner.  I’ve listed some of  my favorite sandwiches and you’re sure to find at least one that your family will love.  Then keep things cool with an Asian style cucumber salad.  It’s so easy to make and it keeps really well, so you can make it ahead of time.  After dinner, satisfy your sweet tooth with muddy buddy bars.  They’re so ooey, gooey and delicious, plus they’re a snap to make! To keep yourself hydrated, make a big pitcher of herb citrus ice tea, which is my favorite ice tea, EVER!

Now that we’ve got dinner taken care, get yourself outside and enjoy the beautiful summer weather!
