Easy Substitutions, If Needed

Plus, it tastes amazing! It’s got just enough sesame oil in it to give it a slightly nutty flavor and the soy sauce adds just the right amount of saltiness.

For a little heat, serve with sriracha or your favorite hot sauce for drizzling.

And no worries, if you don’t have any pork on hand leftover chicken or turkey will also work beautifully in this recipe.

I used lo mein noodles in this recipe, but spaghetti noodles will also work just fine. In fact, if you’re making spaghetti for another recipe, make extra for this recipe later.

Easy to Assemble the Pork Lo Main

Once the lo mein noodles or spaghetti are done cooking, toss them with a little bit of oil so that they don’t stick together before you add them to the wok.

If you’re cooking the noodles ahead of time to use later, store in the refrigerator after you’ve tossed them with the oil, until you’re ready to use them.

After you’ve cooked the noodles and chopped the veggies, the lo mein takes less than 10 minutes to stir fry. This makes it perfect for a busy weeknight meal.
