It’s hard to believe, but Mother’s Day is just 2 1/2 weeks away. If you’re planning on hosting a get-together now’s the time to start planning. It’s always fun to go out for brunch on Mother’s Day, but you have to make reservations far in advance and it can be really pricey. Brunch at home can be much more affordable, plus a lot more relaxing, especially since I have a menu that, for the most part, can be made ahead of time. That way you can enjoy the party as well!
