Peanut Butter Yogurt Dip

Are you looking for healthy snacks for yourself or your kids?  If you are, I have the perfect snack and it’s super quick and only has three ingredients.  Yep, this peanut butter yogurt dip is creamy and delicious and it takes about 30  seconds to whip up.  It’s a perfect dip for apples, graham crackers or pretzels.  I even slathered some on a piece of toast for a quick breakfast and it was delicious.

You can feel really good about serving this to your kids or yourself because it’s mostly non-fat Greek yogurt (which is packed with protein), just a small amount of peanut butter to add great peanut butter flavor and a little honey for a touch of sweetness.  So make a batch of this today and start snacking away!

Peanut Butter Yogurt Dip

  • 6 oz vanilla non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • apple slices, graham crackers and/or pretzels for dipping

In a small bowl, mix yogurt, peanut butter and honey until well combined.

Thank you! This is delicious. And I found I didn't need quite as much honey which is always a good thing!
